University Leadership & Executive Administration
President of Olivet University Dr. William Wagner, chairs the committee and is the primary administrative leadership appointed by the Board to oversee the daily operations of the institution. In accordance with the bylaws, “the University President shall be the sole official channel of communication between the professional staff and the Board. Mrs. Tracy Davis, Director of Academic Affairs & Institutional Research serve as co-chair. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Operating Officer, and the Deans and Directors of the Colleges of Olivet University also provided significant input.
Olivet’s Board of Trustees has twelve members, including Honorary Chairman Dr. Ralph D. Winter. The Board has a diverse ethnic background, coming from countries around the world. The Board is autonomous and has the legal power to establish and review policies of the institution. Responsibilities of the Board include overseeing the University administration through reviewing institutional policies from time to time and assisting in generating resources needed to sustain and improve the institution.
