Located in Anza, the campus offers Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Master of Divinity degree programs. Set on more than 900 acres, it provides on campus student housing within a nature friendly environment and convenient access to nearby cities, including Palm Springs, San Diego, Temecula, Orange County, and Los Angeles, and is located just 17 miles from Hemet.
The campus is rooted in the region’s early settler history, including the expeditions of Juan Bautista de Anza, who helped establish overland routes linking California’s earliest communities, and the ranching legacy of William B. Tripp, a key figure in the area’s agricultural development, and it offers stunning natural scenery at the foot of the San Bernardino Mountains.
The campus offers a vibrant residential experience with comfortable housing options, fostering a close-knit community. Students benefit from the Ralph D. Winter Main Library, a hub for academic resources and research. Dining needs are met at the spacious dining hall, while recreational facilities provide opportunities for fitness and leisure. The 400-seat auditorium serves as a dynamic venue for lectures, performances, and events, supporting both academic and cultural activities.
Olivet University relocated from downtown San Francisco to Mill Valley, just over the Golden Gate Bridge, during the summer of 2018. The campus is less than 10 minutes away from San Francisco, and was the former home of the Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. This is a world-class location that was once considered as a possible site of the United Nations following World War II.
The campus itself is comprised of a large academic building, administrative building, theological library, men’s dorms, women’s dorms, athletic field, and a large number of available on-site residential housing.
We are grateful to continue the long heritage of Christian theological instruction at this site, and intend to raise a generation of Christian students and workers for service in the Kingdom of God.
Olivet University’s Los Angeles extension site is strategically located in the heart of downtown, just minutes from Crypto.com Arena.
