Zinzendorf School of Doctoral Studies

ZSDS Annual Doctoral Colloquium 2025 Successfully Concluded

OCTOBER 22, 2025

The Zinzendorf School of Doctoral Studies’ 2025 Doctoral Colloquium held at Olivet University San Francisco Campus was successfully concluded on October 20. The two-week colloquium was held from October 6 to October 17 with doctoral students from all over the globe.

Around 40 doctoral students had an opportunity to gain academic knowledge and meaningful interaction with the outstanding faculty of ZSDS and other fellow students.

During the colloquium, the Doctor of Ministry Program offered a series of core courses for first-year students and ministry-related lectures for second-year students. Furthermore, the Ph.D. in Global Theological Studies program offered seminars, such as Dr. William Wagner’s “Global Leadership.”

“During the colloquium, I realized that what we receive here is far more than knowledge – it is grace itself, shared D.Min. student, Leah Wang. “Through the professors’ faith, love, and unwavering devotion, I felt the living presence of Christ among us. Their tireless teaching and the staff’s service have become a testimony of sacrificial love, awakening in us a renewed hope for God’s work in our generation.”

After the colloquium, the doctoral students will meet online for further lecture sessions and discussions with the faculty.
